1）加入為期一年的師友計劃，一對一協助弱勢青少年進行生涯和就業規劃，學習所需技能，建立自信和抗逆力
2）以同理心和青少年溝通，了解他們的需要，提供鼓勵和建議
3）參與計劃內的活動，例如師友見面會、培訓課程、職業探索日
4）服務對象年齡介乎18至21歲，服務期間義工要和服務對象會面四次，並定期用電話或線上會議對話
